Refund policy

At With Love, Sonceré, each order is personalized and curated specifically for you and your recipient. Because of the customized nature of our service, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once you approve your budget and complete your order, we immediately begin sourcing, purchasing, and preparing your gifts. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If any item within your curated gift arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@withlovesoncere.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include replacing the damaged item or offering store credit at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.). Once your package has been shipped, ownership transfers to the client. However, we will gladly assist you in filing claims with the carrier if needed.

Customer Responsibility

Please ensure that all delivery details (recipient name, address, delivery date, etc.) are entered correctly when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
