📜 Terms of Service – With Love, Sonceré

Welcome to With Love, Sonceré. By purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Service

With Love, Sonceré provides personalized gift shopping, curation, wrapping, and delivery/shipping services based on the budget and preferences you provide at checkout. All orders are custom and tailored to each client.

2. Service Fee & Budget

  • Clients set a budget at the time of ordering.

  • A service fee of 20% (minimum $25) is applied to all budgets under $300.

  • For Luxe / Corporate orders ($300+), the service fee is 15–18%.

  • The remaining budget is used toward purchasing gifts and packaging.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of order.

  • Orders will not begin until payment has been received.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • All sales are final and non-refundable once an order has been placed.

  • Due to the personalized nature of our services, we cannot accommodate cancellations after gift sourcing or wrapping has begun.

5. Processing & Delivery

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for sourcing and preparation before delivery/shipping.

  • During peak seasons (holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day), processing times may be longer.

  • Delivery and shipping terms are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information (recipient details, delivery address, budget, preferences).

  • With Love, Sonceré is not liable for delays, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

7. Damages & Liability

  • If any item within your curated gift arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may, at our discretion, replace the damaged item or offer store credit.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays or damages caused by third-party carriers.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, images, designs, and written material on the With Love, Sonceré website, is the property of With Love, Sonceré and may not be used without written consent.

9. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of these changes.
